Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Clyst platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Clyst is a SaaS platform that provides cloud cost visibility, forecasting, and optimization recommendations, with an initial focus on AWS. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

Account and access

• You are responsible for the security of your credentials
• Each account is for personal or organizational use, as specified in the contracted plan
• Sharing access across separate organizations is not permitted

AWS Integration

Clyst accesses your AWS account exclusively via a read-only IAM role. You are responsible for configuring and revoking this access when necessary. Clyst does not make any changes to your infrastructure.

Payment and cancellation

• Billing is monthly, processed by Stripe
• Cancellation can be done at any time in account settings
• Access remains active until the end of the already-paid period
• No refunds for partial periods

Limitation of liability

Clyst provides recommendations based on historical cost data. Optimization decisions are the sole responsibility of the user. Clyst is not liable for losses resulting from implementations based on platform recommendations.

Intellectual property

All content, brand, and technology belonging to Clyst are the exclusive property of the company. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo — SP are elected for resolution of any disputes.
