Who we are

Clyst is a SaaS platform for cloud cost visibility and optimization. We operate in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

Data we collect

• Email and name provided during registration
• Platform usage data (pages visited, features used)
• AWS cost and usage data — read via read-only IAM role, never stored in plain text
• Billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card data)

• Providing the contracted service
• Sending cost alerts and reports
• Account communications and product updates
• Continuous platform improvement

Legal basis (LGPD)

The processing of your data is carried out based on consent (art. 7, I) and contract execution (art. 7, V) under the LGPD.

• Access your data
• Correct incomplete or outdated data
• Request anonymization or deletion

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while the account is active. After cancellation, we retain data for up to 90 days for audit purposes, then permanently delete it.
